Effective: December 29, 2025

1. ACCEPTANCE

By using our website, requesting quotes, booking appointments, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. SERVICES

We provide drywall installation, repair, finishing, ceiling work, and water damage restoration. Scope is detailed in your written estimate. Changes require written approval.

3. ESTIMATES & QUOTES

  • Free estimates valid 30 days
  • Non-binding unless accepted in writing
  • Final price may change if actual scope differs

4. PAYMENT

Methods: Cash, check, credit cards, bank transfer

Schedule: Deposits as specified; final payment due upon completion

Late Fee: 1.5% monthly if not paid within 15 days

5. TIMELINE

Dates are estimates, not guaranteed. We're not liable for delays from weather, structural issues, material delays, lack of access, or other contractors. You must provide work area access and maintain property insurance.

6. WARRANTY

One-Year Workmanship Warranty from completion.

Covered:

  • Installation defects
  • Finishing issues
  • Seam failures
  • Mudding problems

Not Covered:

  • Temperature damage
  • Customer modifications
  • External water damage
  • Normal wear
  • Texture matching if paint unavailable
  • Homeowner negligence

Satisfaction: Contact us within 7 days if unsatisfied. Claims within 30 days with written notice and photos.

7. LICENSING & INSURANCE

Licensed by California Contractors State License Board (License #[INSERT LICENSE NUMBER]). Verify at https://www.cslb.ca.gov. We maintain general liability and workers' compensation insurance. You're responsible for property insurance.

8. LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, lost profits, or claims beyond our control.

9. SMS TEXT MESSAGES

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS about:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Service updates and schedule changes
  • Project completion notifications
  • Follow-up and customer surveys

Frequency: 1-5 messages per appointment. Message and data rates apply per your carrier.

Opting Out: Reply STOP. Reply HELP for support. Phone numbers are never shared with third parties. We're not responsible for delivery delays or carrier issues.

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide safe, clear work area access
  • Maintain reasonable temperature and humidity
  • Protect your belongings (not our responsibility)
  • Coordinate with other contractors
  • Inform us of hazards or safety concerns
  • Make timely design decisions

You must not:

  • Harass or discriminate against crew
  • Use illegal substances on-site
  • Refuse reasonable access requests
  • Interfere with work
  • Make unauthorized scope changes

11. DISPUTES

  • Contact us first to resolve concerns
  • Mediation available; costs split equally
  • Legal action in Orange County, California courts
  • Binding arbitration for disputes over $5,000

12. CANCELLATION

  • Before work: 48 hours notice = full deposit refund
  • During work: Payment for completed work plus costs
  • After completion: No refund unless defects within 7 days
  • Weather delays: Rescheduled at no charge if within 30 days

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Project photos/documentation are our property. You may use photos personally. We may use photos/testimonials in marketing unless you request otherwise. Website content is copyright protected.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You indemnify us from claims, damages, or costs from your breach of these Terms, your negligence, third-party claims related to your property, or your violation of laws.

15. CALIFORNIA CONTRACTOR DISCLOSURES

Your Rights:

  • Verify our license before hiring
  • Request written estimates

16. GENERAL

  • Governing Law: California, Orange County courts
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms plus Privacy Policy
  • Modifications: We may modify anytime; continued use = acceptance
  • Severability: Invalid provisions don't affect remaining Terms
  • Third-Party Tools: We use GoHighLevel, Twilio, and payment processors. Their terms apply.

These Terms of Service comply with California contractor regulations and CCPA requirements. Effective December 29, 2025.
